La meca del cine se ha vuelto a vestir de gala para su gran noche. Tras el esperado desfile de estrellas por la alfombra roja, el glamour se traslada al interior del Dolby Theater de Los Ángeles para entregar las preciadas estatuillas. Ha sido una gran noche para España, aunque no haya conseguido ninguna estatuilla ya que tanto La sociedad de la nieve como Robot Dreams han conseguido sumar tres nominaciones en una gala marcada por el 'duelo' entre Barbie y Oppenheimer, dos de las películas más taquilleras del año. Aunque en taquilla ganó la película de Greta Gerwig, la gran triunfadora de la noche ha sido la cinta de Christopher Nolan con siete galardones.
